Movie star mums Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Alba are doing their good deed for the week by auctioning off baby bits and pieces for charity.
Gwyneth, married to Coldplay's Chris Martin (is there anyone out there who doesn't know that?), has two children, daughter Apple, born 14th May, 2004 (happy birthday, Apple!) and son Moses, born in 2006.
The actress has teamed up with her top-notch fitness trainer, Tracey Anderson, to offer a 'get fit' workout experience worth $10,000.
Judging by Gwyneth's supremely svelte body in those bodycon mini-dresses she took to wearing after baby number two, Anderson knows a thing or two about getting mums in shape. A star in her own right, Anderson has featured in a stack of US glossy mags, from Harpers Bazaar to Elle.
At last check, the current bid price is a not too shabby $2550 and 39 bids have been made so far. All proceeds will go to Johnson's Clean Water Initiative, a charitable project aimed at providing clean water for families around the world.
If you have a few spare dollars hanging around and fancy placing a bid you have until 7pm US time, on Thursday. It's worth noting that the programme is available in either New York or Los Angeles. Hey, combine it with a holiday!
Meanwhile, it seems that Golden Globe-nominated Jessica Alba, mum to Honor Marie, soon to be one, is doing a bit of a garage sale. Again for Johnson's Clean Water Initiative, Alba is selling a Maclaren Juicy Couture limited edition pram (only in LaLa Land), baby clothes, rain gear and a nappy bag. Yes, it seems celebrity babies poo too.
