Better Breastfeeding Pillow From Thrupenny Bits

Better Breastfeeding Pillow From Thrupenny Bits

I was at my local mother and baby fair at the weekend where I met Melissa Wyatt, founder of Thrupenny Bits. The company makes what it calls "Better Breastfeeding Pillows" and if I wasn't already over-loaded with hand-me-down pillows from my sister, I have to say I'd have been sold on her sales pitch.

The pillows are designed to tie round your waist, and are a lot less bulky than normal pillows, making them perfect for taking out and about. Thanks to the ties, the pillow can sit as high up as you want it, and you can choose from poly or buckwheat fillers depending on your preference.

But that's not all the pillow promises...

You see, once you're done with it, you can take out the liner and turn it into a really nice slouchy handbag. And with a huge selection of colours and styles to choose from - all lovingly handmade in the UK - you should be able to find the perfect bag for you.

Prices range from £28 - £50.
