Babymel Changing Bag

Getting the kids out the door can be an exercise in itself, once you've changed nappies, assembled all your necessary pieces, got dressed and changed nappies again it's lunchtime! What's more trying to pack all your essentials into something a little smaller than suitcase can seem impossible. Finding the perfect changing bag should hopefully cut down your prep time but which one to buy?

Jessica Alba is a fan of the Storksak, a funky, modern shoulder bag but one which has caught my eye is the Babymel 'Amanda' bag. The Poppy Red Amanda comes in a charming floral print and the red and camel colourway is wonderfully eye-catching.

Although it looks like a fashionable handbag the pretty exterior belies the hardcore features inside. Almost everything is wipe clean, and it features all important insulated zip bags for bottles and juice. The useful internal pockets are elasticated, handy when rummaging around for wipes or dummies. Even with all these features there's room for a changing mat, perfect for nappy stops on the go. The Amanda goes for £45, which is pretty reasonable for such a functional piece of kit, and comes in dusky pink and monochrome floral.

Last but not least the bag also features buggy clips so that you can hang it off your pushchair once you finally make it out the door!
