Singer Lisa Scott-Lee has been prancing around with her clothes off this week, showing off her "post-baby" body.
For those of you who can't quite place her, apparently she used to be in some kind of pop group called Steps.
Anyway, she's revealed how she lost her baby weight, all two stone of it, within three weeks.
The singer was back in her size eight jeans just three weeks after giving birth to her second child, daughter Star. Yes, really.
Lisa told the Daily Mail she knows people won't necessarily be pleased for her. "I know some women will hate me," she said.
I don't hate you, Lisa. I'm just not sure how you managed it.
Neither, it seems, is she. "They'll assume I've crash dieted, but I really haven't," she told the Daily Mail.
"It's just the way I am and I know I'm extremely lucky. I also think it's down to breastfeeding – it's great for both mum and baby."
Yeah, right. Believe me, breastfeeding is not the answer. Three weeks in and I was still eating twice the normal amount because breastfeeding made me so hungry.
But it seems things were so much easier for Lisa. "I decided to try on my size 8 jeans three weeks after I'd had Star and they fitted!' she told the Mail.
Lisa had her first child, her son Jaden - yes, really - 18 months ago, and got her figure back six weeks later.
She says she doesn't diet and hasn't been to the gym - but does spend a minute every day on her exercise ball. Right. That would account for losing two stone in weight.
"It pulls in your stomach muscles, working core, bottom and thighs," she said. "It's hard to find the time when you're a new mum, but just a minute a day can really help to pull everything back in."
I think most women would agree it takes a bit more than a minute.
Still, Lisa says her body is not back to its old shape yet. "I've still got a little tummy – I quite like it! It reminds me I'm a mum,' she told the Mail.
It must be a very little tummy.
Did you lose your baby weight quickly? Is it really possible for it to happen so fast without crash diets and exercise?
With the new year upon us, women everywhere are planning their get fit routines.
