The Sun reports that Jesus, who is 22, has told Madonna that becoming a father would be his "greatest adventure".
She thinks he would make a "fantastic dad" and apparently told friends: "I have endless love in my heart for another child."
Madonna already has a daughter, Lourdes, who is 13, by Carlos Leon, a son, Rocco, nine, by ex-husband Guy Ritchie, and two adopted children, David Banda and Mercy James, who are both four.
It sounds like what Madge wants, Madge gets - so if she's really keen for another baby, we should expect the patter of tiny feet quite soon...
Meanwhile it's rumoured that David Walliams might actually have settled down and could even become a father.
He's got engaged to model Lara Stone and there are rumours doing the rounds that she might be pregnant.
Even if she isn't, it sounds like she would like to be quite soon. The Mirror reports her as saying: "I want to have a family and be a good wife. I want a family soon."
David has also recently said that he wants a "little gang" of three kids.
The Mirror's gossip columnists are deeply disappointed - what with Russell Brand also heading for domestic bliss, they're worried what they're going to have to write about.
But there's definite news of a pregnancy for Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes.
This is just five months after she took an overdose because of a row with her boyfriend, the Middlesbrough footballer Matthew Bates.
The couple have put the "dark days" behind them, according to The Sun.
Let's hope so, because that's pretty dark...
