A New York doctor and his 7-month pregnant wife and family have been thrown off a plane for requesting water.
The family had been grounded on a hot plane at La Guardia Airport for two hours when the doctor made several requests for some water for his wife. His requests were refused by the flight attendants, who informed him that it was "against corporate policy" to give him water before the plane was in the air.
After further pleading from Mitchell Roslin, the Chief of Obesity Surgery at Manhatten's Lenox Hill Hospital, he was asked to leave the flight with his family.
