Five Maternity Spring Jackets

Five Maternity Spring Jackets

Here in the South East, we've had a bit of a mixed bag of weather. Saturday was full of sunshine, and the streets were full of short and dress-wearing shoppers.

Sunday, we woke to rain and the need for something a little warmer than a vest top and skirt.

A light jacket or trench coat is the kind of fashion piece that will see you from through the tricky season of spring with ease. Finding a trench coat to fit when you're pregnant can be more tricky though. The majority of jackets and trenches are created to either tie in tightly at the waist, or to wear open and loose. Which is tricky when your waist changes each week.

Maternity jackets and trenches usually have a higher belt and waist, to accommodate a growing bump. This Trapeze Trench on the right from Isabella Oliver (£189 is cut to be as flattering as possible, and can also be worn after pregnancy.

Thinking of picking up a jacket to get you through the next few months? How about these?
