To get you in the mood for the movie, out on Friday September 10, we've got a special autumn salad to whet your appetite and which would be perfect for a lovely, long, lazy saturday afternoon lunch. Why not whip up a batch of scones, pour yourself a glass of Cornwall's own Camel Valley sparkling wine and really enjoy yourself?

1 bulb fennel, trimmed and finely sliced
2 carrots, peeled and grated
Half a small celeriac, peeled and grated
200g/7oz red cabbage, finely sliced
2 red apples, cored and sliced
6 radishes, trimmed and sliced
150g/5oz Applewood smoked cheddar cheese, grated
1tbsp each of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
2tsp wholegrain mustard
1tsp runny honey
2tbsp cider vinegar
6tbsp olive oil
Handful of chopped fresh mixed herbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. In a separate bowl mix the mustard and honey together, add the vinegar and slowly pour on the olive oil and mix well using a balloon whisk.
Add the herbs and season to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
