Kim Kardashian Poses Naked For W Magazine

In her most revealing photo shoot yet, Kim Kardashian has stripped off for of the cover US fashion magazine, W.

The 29-year-old appears completely naked – bar a few strategically placed text boxes – on the cover of the magazine's November issue.

Of course, it's all in a day's work for the star, who previously dared to bare all in an unairbrushed shoot with Harper's Bazaar magazine earlier this year. Although, even Kim confessed that she regretted shedding her clothes for a raunchy Playboy cover story in 2007.

Now it would seem the curvaceous Kardashian has got over any past body hang-ups: "I used to think, I have to be this or that or skinny, and now, because of the show, everyone is embracing just me, which has given me such a confidence.

"Now, I'm like, 'Why did I ever give that feeling the time of day?"
