Just six weeks after giving birth, Alicia Keys looked super sleek on the red carpet for the premiere of Biutiful last night. The singer worked a LBD by Victoria Beckham's label and teamed the frock with a towering quiff and black boots.
"The most perfect eyes and beautiful nose, the sweetest lips and skin so soft and kissable!" she tweeted after giving birth to her son Egypt in October. "Oooh! I feel a song coming on..."
But the singer is keeping quiet for the time being - at least when it comes to social networking sites. The AIDS activist is currently leading the Digital Life Sacrifice campaign, for her charity Keep a Child Alive.
Keys is remain off Twitter and Facebook until $1 million is raised for the charity.
