Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Connelly is pregnant with her third child.
The 40-year-old American has confirmed she is expecting a second baby with her 39-year-old British partner, actor Paul Bettany.
Jennifer and Paul are already parents to seven-year-old Stellan. She also has a 13-year-old son, Kai, from her relationship with photographer David Dugan.
The couple married on New Year's Day, 2003, in a intimate ceremony in Scotland. Stellan was born seven months later.
Jennifer, who won fer Oscar for A Beautiful Mind, said recently of motherhood:
'Becoming a mother has made all the difference in terms of learning to take more responsibility for myself and my life. Parenthood changed the way I do everything. The biggest thing for me is wanting my kids to grow up safely and have happy lives. To me, that's enough.'
