Every year a crop of hopefuls hit the red carpet for the first time, but most fizzle out without ever really making a mark. In every new batch however there is at least one who goes on to be a style superstar.

The daughter of Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall was always going to be a shoe-in to the style set, but even taking into consideration her genetic advantage, we've still been rather impressed with the young Jagger. Her campaigns are stunning and her red carpet appearances are just as impressive. Georgia-May is most definitely one to watch.

When the final cast of Doctor Who was announce we were even more excited about the new assistant than the dreamy doc. Gillan has a fantastic sense of style and has proven a breath of fresh air to the celeb watching scene.

Twenty-year-old Taylor has been massive in the US for a few years, but it wasn't until 2010 that she made her presence felt on these shores. Her tunes are fun and playful, while her red carpet styles are always impressive, but what really did it for us is her rumoured new beau. Anyone who can go from a Jonas Brother to Jake Gyllenhaal has arrived as far as we are concerned!

The 23-year-old singer songwriter signed her deal in 2009 and by the end of 2010 had landed herself the Critics Choice award at the 2010 BRIT, two Q awards, and the top spot on the BBC's Sound of 2010 poll. Not bad for her first official year in the business!
