Kate Middleton 's gotten a makeover. She's become a work of art.

The royal-to-be has landed the cover of February 2011's Tatler magazine, a "Special collectors' issue." A picture of Middleton from her engagement announcement was given the pop-art treatment for the cover shot: Kate's face appears four times in a Warhol-esque montage (inspired by the artist's 1962 screen prints of Marilyn Monroe).

Contrary to the celebrity and society interviews which traditionally accompany a Tatler cover shoot, Kate isn't interviewed or photographed on the inside pages. However, the mag contains a "Royal Special" with features dedicated to the royal couple (and even predictions on what married life has in store for them).

The new issue of Tatler goes on sale today.
