Hot Or Not: Nicole Richie's Floral Cape

If you thought Nicole Richie's signature boho-luxe style was gone for good (she's been doing the sophisticated glamour girl thing recently), think again.

The star was spotted at Jean-Paul Gaultier's show at Paris Fashion Week, where she brightened up her black bustier top and trousers with a flowing, floral chiffon cape.

While capes have been a big outerwear trend this winter, Richie's take on the look was distinctly more costume-y and of the super-hero(ine) variety (complete with strings which tie around the neck). We can't decide if the mother-of-two looks fashion-forward or just plain ridiculous.
