Yes we're thrilled about the impending royal nuptials, and the triumph of love over adversity and media scrutiny – but mainly we're interested in the dress.
If the Issa blue wrap dress that Kate Middleton wore for the couple's engagement annoucement at St James Palace is anything to go by, it's going to be pared-down and classic – a far cry from the big bouffant dress designed by Elizabeth Emanuel for Princess Diana.
One thing we can be 99.9% certain of, it will be a British designer.
According to a (very scientific) poll from the MyDaily team, Alice Temperley's ethereal, heavily embellished creations and Jenny Packham's modern glamour aesthetic make these designers the front runners.
Other possible Brit names include Vivienne Westwood, Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen( the design house's Scottish heritage would surely please the Queen), Stella McCartney and Amanda Wakeley or indeed, Elizabeth Emmanuel.
But we're secretly hoping that Kate will defy convention and go for a ridiculously over the top John Galliano number.
