Oscar-winner Jennifer, who's now a spokeswoman for Weightwatchers, told the magazine that she was proud of inspiring her fans, saying: "I didn't realise that so many people were watching me or that so many people were interested.
"Now people come up to me saying, 'You've inspired me' and I'm like, 'Wow'".
After taking a step back from her career for parenthood and to grieve the loss of her mother, brother and nephew - who were murdered by her estranged brother-in-law - Hudson is back in the spotlight.
As well as promoting her new film Winnie - about the story of Winnie Mandela - she also releases her second album I Remember Me later this month.
