INSPIRATION: 'The Ice Queen and her court'.
TOP LOOKS: In the sea of sculptural chic, feathered trims and high-necks emerged a striking work of art that featured a mosaic bodice and pillows of ruffles with an asymmetric hemline.
ACCESSORIES: Metal-clad croc-skin power platforms, futuristic insect-like caps, and black and white fierce lace-up boots.
WHO WAS THERE: Naomi Campbell.
WHAT WE THOUGHT: Alexander McQueen would be smiling down on the colleciton Sarah Burton sent down the runway; odes to his craft were everywhere in the boundary-pushing S&M chic, the painstakingly precise detailing, the sculptural styles and the heavenly artistry. We loved it.
