DESIGNER: Amanda Wakeley

INSPIRATION: Luxury sportswear.

TOP LOOKS: Black bodycons with sequin panels, belted coats with oversized collars, flashes of bright orange worn with camel, a pencil skirt teamed with a chunky knit and gowns with fitted bodices and floaty, silk trains.

ACCESSORIES: Camilla Skovgaard killer heels, gold cuffs and chokers by Amanda Wakeley for Ernest Jones and lots of knotted, leather belts.

WHO WAS THERE: Alexandra Shulman, Theresa May, Louise Redknapp, Kelly Hoppen, Tracey Emin, Emma Forbes, John Torode.

WHAT WE THOUGHT: The colour palette of black, camel, orange and gold was simple yet striking and, while the show started with structured shapes in heavy materials such as wool and fur, the beaded dresses and antique sequins were a refreshing contrast. The designs were chic, contemporary and glamorous as always.
