Actress Halle Berry is reportedly set to fight for custody of her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Nahla.
Ms Berry, 44, separated from her partner, Canadian male model, Gabriel Aubrey, 35, last April.
A source told People magazine that Halle has 'serious concerns' for her daughter's well-being whilst in the care of Aubrey.
The source added that Halle is 'prepared to take all necessary steps' to protect the toddler.
Ms Berry has reportedly pulled out of her latest movie project 'New Year's Eve' to concentrate on the custody litigation.
