Jennifer Lopez: Pregnancy Advice Is 'Annoying'

We all know that as soon as a woman announces she's expecting, everyone becomes an expert in pregnancy and babies.

From strangers on the street, to our nearest and dearest, all have well-meaning, but often irritating, words of wisdom to impart and share.

But one person who won't be dishing it out is Jennifer Lopez, 41, mum to toddler twins Max and Emme.

Speaking to OK magazine, the American Idol judge said she found other people's relentless offering of advice and baby tips 'annoying' when she was expecting.

She said: 'Everybody gives you a lot of advice when you are pregnant, which I find a tiny bit annoying, so I'm not going to give any. But I did read What To Expect When You're Expecting by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel. You can go day-by-day with that. It's awesome.'

The star also let on that her twins don't get along with each other quite as well as she thought they would:

'They're starting to play with each other more but there was a time when they were really fighting, a lot. He wouldn't mean it, but he would push her and she would get upset and try to bite him. They were like battling it out for position. Now they hold hands and walk around - it's very cute. They're lovely together and they give each other hugs and kisses.'
