Julia Bradbury: 'Miracle' Baby For TV Star At 40

TV presenter Julia Bradbury, 40, has announced she is pregnant with her first baby.

Julia, who presents BBC's Countryfile, said her pregnancy was a 'miracle' as she suffers from endometriosis, a condition which can make conception more difficult.

She and her partner, property developer, Gerard Cunningham, 52, said they were 'delighted'.

Speaking to reporters Julia said: 'We didn't think it would be possible and the pregnancy has been a wonderful surprise for both of us. I have endometriosis and honestly wasn't sure if I would ever realize my ambition to be a mum so to fall pregnant feels like a bit of a miracle. We are both delighted and our families are very happy.'

Their baby is due in August, and Julia plans to continue working.
