Amanda Holden will re-shoot the Britain's Got Talent scenes which show her pregnant, industry sources claim.
Miss Holden tragically lost her baby boy seven months into her pregnancy in February.
It is reported in the Mirror that she 'begged' the show's bosses to re-film the clips to make it easier for her and her family to watch.
Amanda returned to work earlier this month and is currently playing Princess Fiona in her West End show Shrek.
The Britain's Got Talent auditions are due to finish next week. A show insider said:
'What Amanda has been through was horrendous, and to have to watch herself on TV looking pregnant would be very difficult to cope with. She quietly asked the production team to make sure the footage is carefully edited.
'They thought the best way was to re-shoot some scenes then slide them into the original footage.
'It's a huge relief for Amanda and her family, who were dreading the devastating reminder of their tragedy being aired on national television.'
