Mariah Carey has stripped down to her baby-bump to pose for American's Life & Style magazine.
The mum-to-be - who is expecting boy-girl twins with her husband Nick Cannon - shed her maternity smock (if she ever had one!) to follow in the footsteps of Demi Moore and Britney Spears.
The babies are due any day now, and Mariah told the magazine she had been 'worried' about how the pictures would turn out:
'I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience,' added Carey, who is ready to drop boy and girl twins any day now.
'My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans.'
How very selfless of her!
