Kate Middleton arrived in Lancashire this morning for their final royal engagement as an unmarried couple, only to be met by a downpour of torrential rain.
Still, ever the troopers, the royal couple carried on regardless, grabbing umbrellas and continuing with their planned meet-and-greet in Darwen.
And the rainy conditions didn't stop the crowds either, as hundreds gathered to line the streets and wish the happy couple good luck before the Prince dapper in a suit and tie, and Kate exuding effortless elegance in her vintage Amanda Wakeley pencil skirt and tailored jacket.
William and Kate were in Darwen to celebrate the opening of a new community academy and launch an awards scheme - and were also due to watch an outdoor sports display in a local county park later this afternoon...
Here's hoping the rain clears up soon, then!
