Penny Lancaster Stewart, wife of Rod and pregnant with their second child, is encouraging people to take the plunge for free, as part of the British Gas 3 Free Swims campaign.

Penny , 39, a model, photographer and qualified fitness instructor, has always been a big swimming fan. As a teenager she swam back stroke at county level for her school in Essex, and has continued to swim regularly throughout her adult life.
