David Beckham has revealed he and Victoria were told their unborn daughter was a baby BOY when they went for their three-month scan.
He said they had all but given up hope of having a daughter when doctors said the new baby was almost certainly a little boy.
David said he wasn't surprised as 'When you've had three boys you just kind of assume that you're going to have another one'.
'Funnily enough, when we went to have the three-month scan they [the doctors] said, 'Oh, it looks like a boy.'
'We were, like, 'Oh, OK, great. Almost like a five-a-side team.'
It was only when the couple went for a second scan a few weeks later, that doctors told them they were actually having a girl. Speaking to KISS FM host Ryan Seacrest, David said the 'emotion' hit them when they were told they were having a daughter:
He recalled: 'Then we went back and they were like, 'Actually, it's a girl.'
'The emotion hit us [then]. It's amazing.'
Victoria is due to give birth in the summer.
