It's official, the X Factor UK is well and truly underway, and the four judges were snapped arriving in Birmingham this afternoon for the first round of auditions.
Leading the way were new ladies on the block, Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos - with the former in a Twenty8Twelve lemon lace crop top and black skirt, with towering Louboutin heels, and the latter in a black and red dotty DKNY jumpsuit and scarlet platforms.
Following closely behind was Konnie Huq's replacement, presenter Caroline Flack - who will be fronting the ITV2 show with X Factor alumni Olly Murs - in a bright aqua top, black shorts and shoe-boots.
New head of the judges panel, Gary Barlow was also in attendance, as were familiar faces Louis Walsh and Dermot O'Leary.
We'll admit we're far from wowed by the girls' first outing - stylishly speaking. In fact, it's all making us miss Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue, quite a lot...
