Headteacher Sacked Over Racist, Sexist And Foul-Mouthed Rants

PA

A primary school headteacher has been slapped with a lifetime teaching ban after subjecting pupils, staff and parents to foul-mouthed sexist and racist rants.

Simon Parker was said to have 'bullied and intimidated' his staff and 'belittled' children at Coppice Primary School in Chigwell, Essex, during 2008 and 2009.

A General Teaching Council disciplinary inquiry heard that amongst his many tirades, Parker called parents 'Muslim f******' and labelled a supply teacher a 'black bitch'.

His vile behaviour also included slanting his eyes to impersonate a Chinese teacher whilst saying 'I can't stand them'. He also called a a prospective teacher a 'P*ki' and said 'we don't want any of those' when discussing a black applicant.

Parker called a governor a 'lazy whore', told colleagues a teacher was off school because she had 'vaginal thrush' and referred to another as a 'fat a*** teacher'. He branded less-able pupils 'Congo Bongo' and said that Muslims were 'always blowing things up'.

Banning him from teaching for life (although astonishingly he can re-apply for posts after two years) General Teaching Council Chairman Tony Neal said: 'He demonstrated a deep-seated contempt for members of many other races, encompassing members of his own school staff and the community beyond.'

Parker refused to attend the hearing or offer a defence.
