We could all do with taking a leaf out of Alexander Wang dress which was cinched in at the waist with a thin black band, teamed with chic ankle-strap heels and seriously smooth locks.
Add to that some immaculate bronze-tone make-up, a perfect smile and general all round radiance a la Paltrow, and you've got yourself one elegant look that, as we have already established, looks utterly effortless.
