Michelle Obama has once again gone out to prove precisely why she should be crowed most fashionable First Lady, by wearing a piece from online emporium ASOS during her current trip to South Africa.

Mrs O chose to support the ASOS Africa collection - a range created to help create employment in underprivileged communities in Kenya - by wearing a £35 button-front printed blouse from the collection, which she teamed with a black waistcoat and trousers.

America's First Lady wore the bargain buy to visit the Apartheid Museum in Johannesberg, where she met with other female leaders.

And it's not the first time MObama's demonstrated a penchant for affordable style: remember that £19.99 Gap tunic dress?

Every £5 from each ASOS Africa garment sold goes directly to the construction of SOKO's new workshop, with the ASOS Foundation matching each £5 donation.
