Campaigners are to appeal to the Attorney General to increase a sentence passed down to a pervert who had a haul of child pornography including sickening pictures of dead babies.
David Adam, 65, was jailed for just 18 months yesterday, despite having more than 150,000 indecent images of children on his personal computer.
His North West London home was raided by police in 2009, when his disgusting cache of images - including 11,000 which came under the most serious child pron categories depicting rape and torture - were found.
His vile collection even included 22 post-mortem images of children - from newborns to two-year-olds.
Shy Keenan, of the Phoenix Chief Advocates group said: 'This is in no way adequate for this monster. What an invasion of a child's body and a new low in wickedness.
'We'll be appealing to the Attorney General. He needs at least six years to even start addressing his behaviour."
