This should be public and open information -- to anyone, male or female.

This little experiment of the anonymous internet has failed. Require multiple forms of photo ID (passport, driver's license, credit card, etc.) before granting anyone access to the Internet and make ALL criminal records searchable on-line.

All anonymity has done is kick the hornet's nest and let out all the crazy.

Is the information to be available before woman meets maniac or after he has half-killed her?
