Lady Gaga took style advice from another Lady last night, specifically Audrey Hepburn's character in the musical My Fair Lady, when made an appearance on MTV in New York yesterday.

We've seen Gaga cross dress, where heel-less hoof shoes and emerge from an egg in recent times, so there's little that she can do in the style stakes that actually shocks us any more. But there is something utterly disconcerting about her wearing a conservative white lace Edwardian tea dress and rows of pearls.
