Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess stepped out in rainy London last night for the premiere of their new film, One Day. After wowing in an embroidered Alexander McQueen LBD at the New York premiere earlier this month, Hathaway chose to stick with the same designer for the red carpet event at Westfield.
