Unison have ramped up the pressure ahead of the Health and Social Care Bill returning to parliament, releasing a video which they hope will go viral.
Patients are shown bidding on heart transplants and forced to take out mortgages to pay for dialysis in the youtube video.
Britain's largest public sector union says that the Bill, which puts no limit on the number of private patients that NHS hospitals can treat, will mean that patients can either pay to be seen, or join the back of an ever growing queue.
