Victoria Beckham seems to have made a quick recovery from her back problem - judging by her choice of footwear for a family outing. Bang goes our sympathy!
Luckily husband David Beckham was the one cradling baby Harper Seven while Victoria kept her head down and concentrated on managing her stratospheric Christian Louboutin heels, an arm around eldest son Brooklyn's shoulders - perhaps for extra support.
Victoria had suffered a slipped disc during pregnancy, which had apparently been exacerbated by childbirth.

Baby Harper was born in July and Victoria has pinged back to her post baby weight in double quick time. She showed off her slim figure in a pair of cropped leather trousers and a black vest with the obligatory sunglasses.
Her shoes appeared to be very similar to the shoes she wore to the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in April when she was seven months pregnant.
Despite Victoria's get-up, the Beckham family weren't heading for a glam evening out but were simply on a shopping trip in West Hollywood.
