David Beckham reportedly want to buys Dame Elizabeth Taylor's jewellery for wife Victoria as a 'thank you' for their new baby daughter, Harper.
Becks looks set to splash a whopping £2.9million on the jewellery when they go to auction next month. Sources close to the family claim Dave wants to buy the gems to show Posh Spice how much he loves her for giving him a daughter.
A source told the Daily Star: "David's been so happy since Harper was born, he feels like him and Victoria are falling in love all over again. He wants to show it with the most impressive gifts possible."
Liz's diamonds will go under the hammer at Christie's, with all proceeds going to the The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation. Elizabeth died in March aged 79.
