MAKEUP: Val Garland for Mac
HAIR: Sam McKnight for Pantene
SNAPSHOT: Nature and nurture, with a focus on the opposition between natural elements and metals.
THE SCOOP: Garland used at least eight different metallic lip shades to create "a chaos of colour" while McKnight wanted to bring the hair back to reality with a simple and clean look.
GET THE LOOK MAKEUP: From Acid Orange Mac Pigment to Teal, the lips were bold, bright and beautiful at this show. Garland painted Mac Pro White Full Coverage on to the the lips before applying the pigment to help the colour last. Skin was left as bare as possible with a touch of Face and Body Foundation on the cheeks for clean, dewy skin. Luna and Pearl Cream Colour Base were also applied and brows were left to look natural.
GET THE LOOK HAIR: McKnight explained that "The lighting on the catwalk is daylight... so we wanted to create this light, halo-like effect with the hair." After washing and conditioning for a clean, fresh look McKnight used Pantene Pro-V Classic Hairspray before gathering the hair into a ponytail, with a veil of hair wrapped around the hairline that was left to waft around the face for an ethereal feel.
