Keira Knightley is being tipped to play Amanda Knox if a much talked about Hollywood film of the American student’s life is made.
Knightley has been given odds of 16/1 while fellow British actress Emma Watson is at slightly longer odds of 25/1. Gemma Arterton runs in at 20/1.
However the favourite to play Foxy Knoxy is Heroes star Hayden Panettiere, who starred in TV movie "Lifetime as Knox", with odds of 1/16, according to bookmakers William Hill.
Meanwhile other contenders include Natalie Portman at 12/1, Scarlett Johansson 20/1, Anne Hathaway and Kristen Stewart both at 33/1.
But it looks like Cheryl Cole won’t have to worry about Hollywood not understanding her accent again as she limps in a 100/1 outside to pick up the role.
