Here's a sentence we never thought we'd write. Cameron Diaz hit London's Mayfair last night (their arrival was enough to cause a stir in itself) with none other than Prince Philip in tow.

So what brought this unlikely threesome together? Paltrow and Diaz (dressed in matching LBDs) were invited to celebrate the opening of The Arts Club at a launch party hosted by The Duke of Edinburgh. Judging by Cameron's empty glass and Gwyneth's big smile, it looks like the ladies had a blast. HRH, however, looked slightly confused by the whole affair... star struck perhaps?
Later on in the evening, Gwyneth took to the stage with Mark Ronson. Well, it wouldn't be a party without a bit of a sing song.
