What would you want for your 100th birthday?
Many would be hoping for their letter from Her Majesty, and maybe a new pair of comfy slippers.
But for Birmingham born-and-bred Clare Ormiston, the only thing on her wish list was a strapping young stripper.
The centenarian had requested the treat back in June and sure enough, on her birthday last Friday, her request was granted in the form of John Green - also known as "Scorpion".
Mrs Ormiston's birthday treat was caught on video and sent in to the Birmingham Mail.
The stripper certainly must have had a sting in his tail as Mrs Ormiston later admitted: "I enjoyed that. It definitely put a smile on my face."
Daughter Marguerite was also treated to the dance, along with Mrs Ormiston's fellow residents at Glenfield Residential Home in Wythall. She said: “I think it’s mum's wicked sense of humour that has kept her going.”
