The Great Escape: Toddler Escapes Cot, With Twin As Look-Out, Then Destroys The Evidence

Check out this Great Escape - from a cot.

Toddler Dayn decided he'd had enough of enforced nap time - and watched by his more cautious twin Layn - decided to climb out of his cot and make a break for freedom.

The first time your toddler climbs out of his cot can be a bit of a momentous occasion for parents - not least because it means a weekend of bed buying and arguments over flat pack assemblage - but few of us have the video evidence of their child's new moves. Mindful of this, Dayn was quick to try and destroy the evidence.

Mum Cheryl, from Alberta, Canada, uploaded the video onto YouTube with the comment: 'It looks like it is time for a toddler bed! Dayn refuses to stay in bed at nap time.'

Cheryl has six children - Dylan, 10, Lyndan, eight, Aydan, seven, Dannan, three, and the twins, Dayn and Lyan, who are two. (Spot the name theme there! Imagine calling them in for tea!)

How cute are they?!
