Actor James Buckley, who stars as Jay in the Inbetweeners, has become a dad for the first time at 24.
James' girlfriend, Clair Meek, 23, gave birth to a baby boy in Scotland. No name or birth details have been released as yet.
A friend announced the news, saying:
"Clair was determined she was going to have their baby in Scotland. They are the happiest people in the world. They are so thrilled and proud.
"The two of them are so in love and now they have a beautiful baby son."
Talking earlier this year about his baby's impending arrival, James said he couldn't wait to be a dad, gushing:
"I can't wait; it's going to be really cool. It's like the longest Christmas Eve ever. I'm going to be hands on and stuff'.
"I think people were really confused when news got out that I was having a baby. What - Jay from the Inbetweeners, a 17-year-old foul-mouthed boy? Obviously I'm a man in my mid-twenties and have an apartment and a girlfriend and live a very normal life."
