Despite doing a sterling job of switching on the Oxford Street lights in mega high shoes, pregnant Una Healy says the time has come to ditch her sky-scraper heels for comfortable flats!
Whilst the likes of Amanda Holden might continue to totter in their six-inch spikes, Una says that after a tumble left her 'panicked' a few weeks back, she's now switching to 'sensible shoes' for the rest of her pregnancy!
Speaking to Hello! magazine Una also reveals that she and rugby star boyfriend Ben Foden found out the sex of their baby at their 20 week scan last week, and are delighted to be expecting a little girl!
Mum-to-be Una told the mag: "I come from a family of girls, I went to an all-girls school and I'm in a girl band, so I guess it's fitting that I'm having a daughter."
Swapping her heels for flats is the only pregnancy concession Una is going to make to her working life though, insisting that having a baby-on-board will not stop her from performing - The Saturdays are to start a UK tour next month, and Una is raring to go!
"I've been quite surprised that people have said, 'How will you do this tour?' Naturally I'll be careful and I'd never do anything that would put our baby at risk. But I'm pregnant, not ill.
"Loads of women continue to work through their pregnancies and this is my job, so why wouldn't I carry on doing what I love - especially when I feel so well," she said.
Good for her!
