Anorexic 5st Mum Wears Same Size Clothes As 7 Year Old Daughter

A severely anorexic mum has told a magazine how she wears the same size clothes as her SEVEN YEAR OLD daughter.

Astonishingly, despite nearly dying just nine months ago, Rebecca Jones, 26, says she is proud of her frail frame.

The tiny mum weighs just 5st - 9lbs less than her schoolgirl daughter Maisy - and often buys the same size matching outfits for herself and her little girl.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Rebecca said: "Wearing the same clothes as Maisy gives me a sense of pride. It's wrong, but it makes me feel good. I don't think I'm thin, I always see myself as bigger."

The medical secretary says she lives on a diet of toast, fizzy energy drinks and Cup-a-Soups. She began dieting at 13, and by the time she was 18 her periods stopped and she did not think she could fall pregnant. She was26 weeks pregnant with Maisy before she knew she was going to be a mum.

"I had no idea. I was still a size 6, I hadn't put on weight and my stomach was flat," she said.

Rebecca says she is terrified her eating disorder will mean she will not be around to see Maisy grow up. She is now on an NHS waiting list to see a psychologist.

Such a sad story.
