Anna Friel Reveals Love For Rhys Ifans During Naughty Tatler Santa Shoot

Anna Friel has revealed she's "very much in love" with Notting Hill star Rhys Ifans, during a naughty santa photoshoot for Tatler's magazine's December issue.

The Pushing Daises actress met Ifans on-set of the TV movie Neverland, but when the notorious hellraiser was photographed walking out of her LA home earlier this year few expected the affair to last.

Now, months on, Friel has described her relationship with Sienna Miller's ex-fiance as a safe haven.

"I think one of the things that draws us together so much is our need to feel safe," she said.

"You know, everyone has to go out there and face the massive wide world and face rejection and it's nice to have a sanctuary and a place to go and a pair of big arms around you and someone to say, 'Oh, you're all right.'"

Friel also confessed that the pair now live a quiet domestic life. "We cook together," she said. "We often have midnight cook-offs if we've been out and we're both hungry. It's like Ready, Steady, Cook. We hardly watch TV but if we do it's loads of cookery and travel programmes."
