A teenager who could not afford to go to university and who has applied for in excess of 600 jobs has taken drastic action to get into work - by auctioning himself off on Ebay.

Josh Butler, 18, has listed himself as: intelligent, well presented, keen, motivated and hardworking, as well as confident and personable.

He says he has finished his A Levels at a "Top London School" but is now unable to find work because he is not a graduate.

He offers himself at the Buy it Now price of £16k.

Josh's experience includes teaching children in the Gulf, being a film extra in the Inbetweeners movie and running a ladies clothing stall on Romford Market.

The teenager says he is "extremely driven" and "ready to work" - and that he "just wants someone to give him a chance"...

Enterprising or what?Wonder if Lord Sugar has seen the advert?
