She was one of daytime TV's Loose Women, a former childhood music star who performed alongside her sisters in 80s girl group The Nolans (of I'm In the Mood For Dancing fame), not to mention a successful author. But has all her years of fame turned Coleen Nolan into a bit of a diva? We put her through her showbiz paces to find out...
1. Who's the most famous name in your mobile?
Brian May. He asked me to do a charity thing once. I've never used it - I just like saying it's in there!

2. Most bizarre thing you've ever read about yourself?
Someone once wrote that I was sending my son to Amsterdam to have sex with a prostitute because I was too embarrassed to speak to him about sex, which wasn't true at all.

3. How much is too much for a haircut?
A colour and cut? The full thing? I think anything over £70 is too much.

4. Katie Price. Friend or foe?
Both. I'm a foe when I see her in the papers and on the telly, but her friend when I meet her. She has a side to her she definitely needs to show more of.

5. Weirdest thing you've been sent by a fan?
Leaflets. Someone went into the Post Office, picked up every leaflet they could find and send them to me. Don't ask me why!

6. Best party ever?
My own 40th! My husband organised a big surprise at a hotel. There were people there I hadn't seen for years, and an orchestra playing. And he proposed to me on that night!

7. Ever used your fame to get what you want?
No! I'd be too mortified to say 'don't you know who I am?' in case they said no! I do try it on my children when they're getting on my nerves, but it never works...

8. How much cash would it take to get you to pose in the buff?
Not a lot, I'd just be thrilled they asked! I've just done one actually - you can't really see anything but I was naked. I'd never pose fully-naked. I wouldn't want to put people off their dinner!

We get sent a lot of new cosmetic products at Loose Women. I use some of them - others make fantastic Christmas presents!

10. Ever been chatted up by another celeb?
Yes. When I was younger Lemmy from Motorhead had a bit of thing for my breasts. I turned him down, mainly because I knew I wouldn't be able to take him home to my mother! He was lovely though. I was also asked out to dinner by David Essex when I was about 17 but I turned him down because I had a boyfriend at the time. I'm gutted now!

A middling score from the ex-Loose lady, proving that despite her long and varied career, our Coleen is more down-to-earth than lah-de-dah. We were particularly impressed with her music credentials - counting Brian May, David Essex and Lemmy as fans (well, of her bosoms at least!) but by being coy about her fame, reluctant to splash out properly on her hair and, errr, receiving leaflets, she managed to keep her overall showbiz-ness levels down.
