Michelle Williams - the singer not the actress - donned two different looks last night as she took to the stage at a private gig in London and performed comeback single On the Run.

Williams, formerly of Destiny's Child, opted for an all-black stage outfit (leather jacket, black vest, black jeans with zip pockets and heeled lace up boots) as she sang but then ditched the rock chick look in favour of an off-white wardrobe (belted sleeveless fur, slinky minidress and sky high pumps plus cute clutch, gold cuff and slick of fuchsia lippy).
