REVIEW: Who Put In An Oscar Worthy Performance For Movie Week?

Strictly Come Dancingwent to the movies this week with plenty of lights, camera and glittery ballroom action.

It's only two weeks until the grand finale in Blackpool and the judges turned movie critics as the remaining contestants took to the dance floor...

Robbie Savage and Ola - Dancing the quickstep to a song from Reservoir Dogs, in sharp black suits the pair kicked off the show. Judge Len said: "You've given me a lot of pleasure all through this series... but it was a little bit rough round the edges." Bruno said: "You were strutting your stuff somewhere between Kate Moss and Russell Brand." Craig added: "It was a bit like a rabbit doing a trot".

Total judges' vote (out of a possible 40): 30

Harry Judd and Aliona - The pair danced to the theme from Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves, but Harry refused to wear Robin's green tights for the occasion. Alesha called it "the best rumba she'd seen in a long time", Craig said: "Someone's dreams are going to be left on the cutting room floor but it won't be yours."

Total vote: 36

Alex Jones and James - The duo performed to the theme tune of Pretty Woman, with Alex looking every bit the pretty lady in a full length red dress. Bruno said: "Pretty woman is an understatement you are absolutely gorgeous." Craig added: "You've finally learned how to put sexy into dance."

Total vote: 34

Holly Valance and Artem - Holly danced a fiery Paso Doble to the theme tune of Zora with her red cape-wielding partner, Artem. The judges were full of praise. Craig said: "That has to be your best performance yet." Alesha agreed: "You were totally in character, good for you."

Jason Donovan and Kristina - The pair danced an elegant American Smooth to the classic Singing In The Rain theme tune, complete with umbrella. Len said: "Gene Kelly's shoes are pretty huge to fill, but I loved it." Bruno agreed, adding: "You made it your own, it was a very special performance." Grumpy Craig said: "It's getting boring now, everyone is good."

Bruno said: "The fairytale has a happy ending, this gets you fast tracked to the semis." Alesha congratulated the pair, adding: "You've found your dance."
